2002 Camaro Z28 - GM History
The year 2002 was the 35th anniversary of the Chevrolet Camaro. To mark this occasion Chevrolet has added a limited edition 35th Anniversary package available on the SS Coupe and SS Convertible models. The Chevrolet Camaro is available in six models - the Camaro Coupe and Convertible, Camaro Z28 Coupe and Convertible and the Camaro SS Coupe and Convertible. The Camaro Z28 Coupe came with a 5.7-liter V8 Engine that produces 310 hp at 5200 rpm and 340 lb-ft of torque at 4000 rpm. The year 2002 model was also the last year model for the Camaro. It will be revived in the near future, to continue the heritage of affordable rear wheel drive performance cars.
